Paul Kaye (born 15 December 1964, Clapton, London) is an English comedian and actor. He achieved notoriety in 1995 portraying the character of Dennis Pennis, a shock interviewer on The Sunday Show. Recently he has been known as rude New Jersey lawyer Mike Strutter with his own show Strutter (TV series) on MTV. Kaye also plays the voice of Vincent on the BBC comedy Mongrels (TV series). He is the original voice actor of Friday, Mr. Tonsils and Mr. Fractal of Lucky Fred.

In the 1998 music video for 'Vindaloo' by Fat Les, Paul sent-up Richard Ashcroft in the video of the Verve's 'Bittersweet Symphony'.
Has two sons, Jordan Katz Kaye (born in October 1991) and Geffen Strummer Kaye (Geffen Raphael Kaye) (born in December 2002).

His twin sister is one hour older than him.
Went to the Harrow School of Art at 16 and did a two-year foundation course and then went to Trent Polytechnic (now Nottingham Trent University) to do a degree in Theatre Design, graduating in 1987.
In 1983 he took a year out of his degree course and went to live in a kibbutz in Israel where he met his future wife Orly.
